CHOOSE HOW DARK YOU WANT TO GO:The fast tan actives will begin to activate immediately upon application. Rinse in 1 hour for a light, natural tan. For a darker tan, leave on longer. The tan will stop developing at 8 hours. Rinse with lukewarm water only for 45 seconds. Do not use soap or scrubs. The water will rinse off the temporary brown bronzers. The tan will continue to deepen in color over the next 24 hours following the rinse. Regular showering may be taken 8 hours after the first rinse.
Salon Pro Tip: Results should last 5-7 days without patchiness if well maintained. To ensure long lasting results, apply a body moisturizer daily, do not use exfoliators, and avoid swimming and bathing.
HANDLING: If product comes into contact with hands or clothing rinse immediately. Do not leave contents open or uncovered. For best results store Self Tan Foams in a cool, dark environment out of direct sunlight and below 30ºC /86°F. Self Tan Foams should not be used after being open for more than 6 months.
24 hours before you apply your self tan, paying particular attention to elbows, knees, ankles and problem areas.
This allows the pores time to close. Dotting in pores may appear if not adhered to.
These products may act as a barrier against your skin and can prevent the tanning actives from developing evenly.
Tight clothing or underwear may cause marks. Wear loose fitting shoes.
Or consider using a gradual tan so that your tan is continually being topped up and your tan lasts longer.

It doesn't fade as evenly as I'd hoped and isn't as dark as I expected. It wears off on my armpits quite quickly too so had some awkward white patches a few times.
