Left hands orange after day 2

It’s just suppose to be oil no self tanning ingredients but it left my hands stained orange after 2 days of using it and left my bf toes orange

We just wanted to clarify that our 'tanned AF®... intensifier tanning oil' does contain DHA, which is the active ingredient responsible for self-tanning. This is stated on the front of the bottle to help set expectations.

The color you noticed on your hands and your boyfriend's toes is from not removing the product after applying. We recommend wiping or washing your hands thoroughly after applying to prevent this from happening again!

I was gifted this B. Tan Tanned AF Intensifier Tanning Oil in exchange for my honest review. This oil definitely intensified the entire tanning process. After application I can just immediately feel the sun seemingly focus its rays directly on the applied areas and allow for vitamin c soakage to occur until my skin is glowing hydrated and vibrant. It's a nice healthy feeling really. It's almost like my skin drinks it on contact. And although it is an oil it's not overly greasy sticky or heavy nor does it just merely sit on top of skin. It's amazing stuff.

tanning tips

Before

exfoliate and moisturize

24 hours before you apply your self tan, paying particular attention to elbows, knees, ankles and problem areas
wax or shave at least 48 hours prior to treatment.

don’t apply moisturiser, perfume, deodorant or makeup on the day of application.

these products may act as a barrier against your skin and can prevent the tanning actives from developing evenly.

After

wear dark loose clothing

tight clothing or underwear may cause marks. wear loose fitting shoes.
moisturize everyday after applying your self tan

or consider using a gradual tan so that your tan is continually being topped up and your tan lasts longer.
after day 5, exfoliate with a soft body polish on a daily basis

this help your skin absorb even more moisturizer and keep it looking and feeling gorgeous. This also helps the tan fade naturally, rather than in patches.
