Takes ages to dry.. it’s very sticky.. it’s no where near dark infact I’d say this was a light tan

hi lovely, so sorry you did not enjoy your results! we suggest using 1-2 pumps per limb and reallyyy blending it into the skin ensuring you get all over and it's not built up and wet on the skin. we also have some tips for achieving darker results:

please ensure your skin is well-exfoliated beforehand and there are absolutely no other products present on your skin at the time of tanning (e.g. moisturisers, lotions, deodorant etc.)
remember there is no need to rinse off when using the glow your own way line
you may not be using enough product for your skin to absorb (our skin types all absorb certain products differently!) so you can try using more next time/double coating
your skin may need longer to absorb the product
also, please also note that the color develops more over the next 12-24 hours after rinsing xx

tanning tips

before

exfoliate and moisturize

24 hours before you apply your self tan, paying particular attention to elbows, knees, ankles and problem areas
wax or shave at least 48 hours prior to treatment.

this allows the pores time to close. Dotting in pores may appear if not adhered to.
don’t apply moisturiser, perfume, deodorant or makeup on the day of application.

these products may act as a barrier against your skin and can prevent the tanning actives from developing evenly.

after

wear dark loose clothing

tight clothing or underwear may cause marks. wear loose fitting shoes.
moisturize everyday after applying your self tan

or consider using a gradual tan so that your tan is continually bring topped up an dyour tan lasts longer.
after day 5, exfoliate with a soft body polish on a daily basis

this help your skin absorb even more moisturizer and keep it looking and feeling gorgeous. This also helps the tan fade naturally, rather than in patches.
